THE DEVELOPMENT

The speculative scheme completed on behalf of Rockspring Property Investment Managers in 2018 comprises of three state-of-the-art logistics units totalling 202,000 sq ft sq ft in Southampton’s premier distribution location. The facilities were constructed to a Grade A specification including a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating and an EPC of ‘A’, dock and level access loading doors, fitted offices and large secure self-contained yards.

Unit 3 (46,000 sq ft) was pre-let to John Lewis for a customer delivery hub.
