PLP Gateway 45, a pre-let development of a 2 million sq ft fulfillment centre for global e-commerce retailer centre Amazon, is the largest distribution scheme in the Leeds City region.

Completed in 2022, it was developed to an extremely high design and specification providing Amazon with a best-in-class facility.

This transformational development has brought forward the large scale regeneration and redevelopment of an employment site that had laid undeveloped for over 10 years. This development successfully regenerated a former wastewater treatment works into a key logistics and employment hub.
