PLP Crewe is a ‘best in class’, three unit, speculatively built development totalling over 600,000 sq ft.
PLP Crewe phase 1 was a two unit speculative development of 135,000 sq ft completed in 2020. Following some additional required works, including the installation of extra offices at second floor level, both units were leased to Likewize, an existing large employer within Crewe and a US-owned, market-leading distributor and insurer of mobile phones, for their new UK head office.
