THE DEVELOPMENT

PLP Crewe is a ‘best in class’, three unit, speculatively built development totalling over 600,000 sq ft.

PLP Crewe 460 was phase 2 of the development. A big box logistics unit of 456,735 sq ft leased to TK Maxx on completion in January 2023.

The building was constructed to the highest specification with 15m clear height in the warehouse, three storey offices, 3.5MVA of power and a secure, separately accessed service yard of up to 72m deep.

As per all PLP speculative developments, it is a Carbon Net Zero development incorporating numerous sustainability features including roof mounted solar PVs, EV charging points, air source heating and cooling in the offices and rainwater harvesting.

Location

PLP Crewe is located at Crewe Commercial Park, a modern business park environment within walking distance to Crewe town centre and the railway station which is a major rail hub on the West Coast Mainline connecting London to the North West and Scotland.

It also has excellent road connectivity, adjacent to the A500 which links Crewe to Junction 16 of the M6 only 5 miles to the east.
