THE DEVELOPMENT

PLP Bessemer Park is an unrivalled logistics and manufacturing scheme located with excellent motorway access within the Sheffield connurbation.

The 50 acre scheme totalling c.800,000 sq ft of new employment floorspace is the successful redevelopment of the former Outokumpu steel works which were closed in 2005 and subsequently demolished.
