THE OPPORTUNITY

Matrix Park is a brand new 425,000 sq ft regional distribution centre in Chorley, built for supermarket giant Waitrose.
Construction of the new 360,000 sq ft warehouse, 50,000 sq ft of offices and vehicle maintenance unit was completed in April 2012, and the centre became fully operational later that summer.
