PLP appoints William Sprott as Head of Investment Management
PLP is pleased to announce the appointment of William Sprott as Head of Investment Management. This appointment reflects PLP’s ongoing commitment to the growth and expansion of its leading development and investment management platform.
William will be responsible for managing the company’s relationships with its capital partners and the formation of new managed vehicles, including capital allocation and liquidity solutions.
William is an experienced real estate executive with over 15 years of industry knowledge and strategic expertise, further strengthening the capabilities of PLP’s senior leadership team. Prior to joining, he held the position of Executive Director of Investment Banking and Strategic Advisory at Sera Global (now part of CBRE), and before that the General Manager of Investment and Head of Corporate Development for Charter Hall Group.
