PLP appoints Edward Jackson to bolster investment function
PLP is pleased to announce the appointment of Edward Jackson as Investment Markets Associate Director.
Edward will be searching out logistics core plus and value add investment opportunities for PLP’s UK fund.
Jeremy Greenland, CEO at PLP said: “We’re delighted to welcome Edward to the team to help with the implementation of our ambitious expansion plans. His main focus will be to acquire logistics investment and value add stock to complement PLP’s established development function.”
Before joining PLP, Edward spent 6 years at BNP Paribas Real Estate, with two and a half years in the Industrial and Logistics team, advising both landlord and occupier clients on the acquisition and disposal of industrial buildings and development land across the UK.
Prior to that, Edward spent three and a half years in the National Markets Investment team where he worked on acquisitions and disposals of business worth a total of approximately £363m, on behalf of institutional investors, property companies and private clients.
