Owen joined PLP as Construction Director in January 2025. He is responsible for managing the project and construction delivery of PLP’s development pipeline and works closely with the development team to ensure that the construction process aligns seamlessly with the company’s broader vision for growth and client satisfaction.
Owen has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects, particularly within the industrial and logistics sector. Prior to joining PLP, Owen spent 7 years at Panattoni, one of the world’s leading industrial real estate developers, where he led the delivery of several complex and high-profile projects across the UK, both speculatively and on a build-to-suit basis. These included developments for major logistics operators in key locations, demonstrating his ability to manage complex construction processes while meeting the specific needs of tenants.
Prior to this, Owen spent 12 years in consultancy at Mace, qualifying as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 2010 and subsequently leading the delivery of several major projects in the automotive sector.
