Brendan leads Macquarie Asset Management’s real estate business in the UK and Europe and sits on the global investment committee. The business is focused on investing in and partnering with specialist operators in real estate sectors including current investments across the UK and Europe in logistics, rental residential and new economy office.
Across 17 years at Macquarie, Brendan has led both real estate investments and corporate transactions, including the establishment of several specialist logistics platforms in the US and Asia-Pacific. He began his career in Macquarie Capital playing a key role in principal investments in specialist operators, as well as corporate transactions across Asia-Pacific including REIT privatisations and numerous other M&A transactions.
