Ajay Phull is the Head of Investments, UK and Private Equity, Europe for Ivanhoé Cambridge, the real estate group of CDPQ.
Ajay has over 15 years of experience in real estate investment and has been responsible for formulating, leading, and executing investment strategies across the risk-return spectrum, including leading and growing platform/portfolio investments.
Prior to joining Ivanhoé Cambridge, he was Vice President at Vanke, one of the world’s largest real estate investment and development companies. At Vanke, he was responsible for formulating a UK investment strategy and sourcing real estate investment opportunities. Prior to that, he worked at Brockton Capital, an opportunistic private equity real estate investor. He began his career at PwC’s Real Estate Corporate Finance and Restructuring team, advising on complex structuring and restructuring transactions.
