The scheme comprises of three state-of-the-art logistics units of 39,000 sq ft, 49,000 sq ft and 116,000 sq ft with ample yard space and extensive car parking in Southampton’s premier distribution location.
The development of South Central constitutes the largest speculative industrial project in Southampton for over a decade.
Councillor Simon Letts, Leader of Southampton City Council said: “It’s fantastic to hear that PLP have the confidence in Southampton to speculatively build much needed industrial and warehouse accommodation. I am not surprised at the high level of interest in this very well located site and the city looks forward to welcoming new occupiers and the employment they will bring to the city.”
