Construction underway at PLP Crewe
PLP has appointed Glencar Construction to deliver Phase 1 of its new 30 acre logistics development at PLP Crewe. The two new warehouse units of 92,500 sq ft and 43,000 sq ft are being built speculatively. Construction work commenced just before Christmas and the units will be ready for occupation in July 2020.
PLP Crewe is a strategic gateway site with excellent links to Junction 16 of the M6 and the wider motorway network.
Phase 2 of PLP Crewe is currently being marketed for design & build opportunities for distribution units of up to 500,000 sq ft.
