Nature of the Works in the coming weeks

Eric Wright carried out environmental and other surveys before starting work on site to ensure full compliance with the local authority and industry guidelines.

The structural steel frame of the building is well underway and the roof and wall cladding is due to start this month. These on-going works will mean lots of large HGV deliveries onto site that will come in through the business park from Speke Boulevard.

The main underground drainage has been installed and the new entrance off Dakota Drive has been started. Traffic management has been set out on Dakota Drive which means the road narrows slightly. Please note the traffic warning signs around this area.

Noise and dust will be controlled in line with the requirements set out by the planning authority.
